A commercial construction company focused on delivering award winning projects within the local DE/PA/NJ area is actively seeking to add an experienced project manager to the staff. This is a full-time permanent staff position, open due to growth.

Commercial construction experience is required for consideration, ground-up, renovation, and additions; (commercial, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, schools, institutional, academia, and corporate office buildings).

• Approximately five (5) years or more of commercial experience
• Experience with multi-million-dollar projects
• Commercial project experience required
• Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience
• College Degree desired, not required (Engineering, Construction Management, building construction, Construction Science, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or relevant degree)
• Projects are based in the local DE/PA/NJ tristate area
