Site Supervisor / Construction Manager
(Mechanical Assembly & Commissioning)
For one of Germany’s leading manufacturing companies, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Construction Manager.
We would be happy connect with professionals who have strong field assembly and commissioning experience, especially within energy and industrial plant projects, and who are motivated to build a long-term career in Germany.
Role Objective
- Ensure on-time, high-quality assembly and commissioning of mechanical systems and equipment
- Deliver excellent service and ensure high customer satisfaction on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Independent assembly and commissioning of high-quality conveyor systems and industrial equipment at the factory and/or customer sites in Germany and abroad
- Partial leadership and coordination of site assembly teams
- Execution of worldwide service activities, including maintenance and inspections
- Receiving, installing, and replacing spare parts at customer sites
- Troubleshooting, fault analysis, and resolution of mechanical issues
- Conducting customer training sessions at the main plant and on-site
- Representing the company on construction sites and fostering long-term customer relationships through a service-oriented approach
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training or degree in a mechanical or metalworking field (e.g. Industrial Mechanic, Mechanical Technician/Engineer, etc.)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in field assembly, mechanical installation, or commissioning of large components and systems
- Experience in industrial plants, energy projects, machinery, process or equipment installation
- Very good English skills; German (A2 or higher) is an advantage
- Basic PC and technical documentation skills

- €90,000 – €120,000 gross annual salary (depending on experience and qualifications)
