Your tasks

• Support sales activities of the bus team in Mexico.
• Conduct market analysis (products, competitors, economy).
• Develop and implement sales concepts.
• Plan and control order intake, stock, production, sales revenue, and profit.
• Act as interface between HQ Munich / International Bus departments and importers.
• Develop customer-related activities to strengthen resale.
• Conduct SWOT analyses and implement measures.
• Clarify technical and commercial order details.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Prepare orders and provide customer service.
• Plan, develop, and coordinate with MAN & Bus Body builders.

Your qualification

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry (Business Development, Sales, Procurement, Marketing, Engineering, & Customer Service Management).
• Diploma / University degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering (Mechanical engineering or Transport economics advantageous).
• High level of communication and intercultural skills.
• High resilience and adaptability in a changing environment.
• Ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Experience working in a matrix organization setup.
• Analytical and methodological thinking; entrepreneurial mindset.
• Minimum 2-3 years of international experience.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to obtain buy-in at various levels.
• Knowledge of operational and strategic planning.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Fluent English skills mandatory; additional languages like German or Spanish are a plus.
• High technical understanding, especially in commercial vehicles and investment goods.
• Willingness to travel within Mexico.
• Affinity for commercial vehicles or industrial equipment (preferably buses).
• Experience in Latin America is advantageous.
