Responsibilities
  • Grow existing customer base and close new deals
  • Lead and grow the European team (currently 4 FTE), develop individual contributors through inspiring leadership, regular guidance and coaching
  • Ensure your team is working towards the same goal by defining and executing our European GTM strategy and processes
  • Develop and leverage your knowledge of the confectionary industry to align brands, manufacturers and retailers to position ChoViva within their existing product portfolio
  • Lead by example, lift people up by being hands-on and following through, use your experience to elevate our sales knowledge and execution
  • Collaborate with the founding team on setting the right strategic direction, translating that into goals & execution steps and monitoring progress through the right KPIs
  • Scale ChoViva across the EU and revolutionize the chocolate industry
The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

Core Ingredients:

  • You have five years of B2B sales experience with a strong ability to navigate multiple complex sales processes including closing new prospects as well as growing existing customers
  • You’ve previously led a sales team to achieve high growth sales targets
  • You have a strong hands on approach and the ability to grasp complex processes and relations quickly
  • You’ve developed your empathy, ability to build teams and motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment, with high responsibility over team development and company direction
  • You’re a great collaborator, you’ve experienced the pitfalls of human communication and have developed different approaches for working with a variety of people and situations
  • You’re highly reliable and conscientious, you take ownership and stay at it until the goal is reached
  • You’re fluent in German & English

  • Experience in Chocolate Industry, Food Ingredient Supply for Chocolate Industry or Confectionary Industry is a big plus, but combining great sales experience with fast learning about the industry can get you there too
