• Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding services and resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints with a positive and proactive approach.
• Educate clients about services and advise them on the best options available.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and experience a new culture.
• A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of customer service software is a plus.
