Responsibilities:
- Setting up and configuring firewall systems, switches, and access points
- Deploying and commissioning network devices
- Managing administrative tasks within the IP network environment
- Developing and maintaining network documentation
- Providing clear and professional 2nd-level support to customers via phone, email, and remote access, following standardised procedures
Skills/Must have:
- Experience with Cisco routing and switching
- CCNA level network knowledge
- Fluent German speaking
Salary:
- €50,000 gross per year
