As a Cluster Steward, you play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth operations in our kitchen and service areas – supporting our teams in delivering refined hospitality every day.

This is a cluster position: you will have the opportunity to work across two Marriott brands and two Marriott properties – AC Hotels and Moxy Hotels. This role offers variety, learning opportunities, and insight into two different hospitality concepts within the Marriott family.

• First experience as a steward, dishwasher, or in a kitchen environment is an advantage, but not required

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

In this role, you are responsible for cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within the kitchen and back-of-house areas across the cluster. You ensure that all operational areas meet the high hygiene and quality standards of AC Hotels, Moxy Hotels, and Marriott.

• Clean dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and order in kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with HACCP and Marriott guidelines

• Support the kitchen team with basic preparation and clean-up tasks

• Handle waste disposal and recycling according to procedures

• Use cleaning machines and materials responsibly

• Report technical issues or damages to the relevant department

• Work closely with kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams

• Support operations across two Marriott properties within the cluster
