As Teamlead (m/f/d) Fulfillment & Logistics, you will take responsibility for our growing logistics team and ensure that our high-tech drones reliably find their way across the globe – from production to the customer. You will serve as a key interface between production, purchasing, and sales, ensuring that all international goods movements run smoothly and in compliance with regulations.

You will work closely with stakeholders from sales, production, and procurement, supporting the team in international order processing in both the commercial and governmental sectors. With your excellence in export and customs processing, you will help Quantum Systems achieve its mission of setting the standard for aerial data acquisition solutions using unmanned aerial systems (sUAVs).

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Lead the fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse team and oversee order processing.
• Optimize logistics processes to ensure smooth supply and delivery operations.
• Ensure efficient shipping operations – including customs and export (control) procedures (EU & non-EU countries).
• Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure product availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient warehouse management.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement optimization measures.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to maintain a seamless logistics chain.

What you bring to the team:

• You hold a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 10 years of professional experience in order processing, logistics, foreign trade, or project management.
• You bring extensive leadership experience and strong leadership skills.
• You enjoy working in a structured way and have a personal interest in drones or aerospace.
• You are highly self-motivated and proactively drive your area of responsibility forward.
• With your open, communicative, friendly, and competent demeanor, it’s easy for colleagues to see you as an internal expert.
• Communicating in German and English comes naturally to you.
