A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Associate to join its Funds team in Luxembourg. You will handle regulatory matters related to fund setups and work closely with partners and clients to develop innovative legal strategies. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in funds law, is fluent in English and French, and is registered with the Luxembourg bar or another EU bar. Support the setup of MiFID firms, AIFMs, Depositaries, or Fund Administrations.
Collaborate with experienced lawyers and contribute to innovative strategies.
Work in a structured and supportive environment that encourages professional development.
Registered with the Luxembourg bar or another EU bar.
Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in funds law, or significant in-house experience in Luxembourg.
Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory legislation and fund operations.
Excellent project management skills, able to coordinate with regulators and clients.
Bilingual or multilingual, fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
Organized, autonomous, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
