  • Maintain and update employee records, including personnel file and employment documentation.
  • Manage and track employees’ attendance, vacation, and leave records.
  • Support employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and employment regulations in the EU.
  • Support work permit and visa applications for international employees.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinate with payroll and accounting for accurate HR data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and employment regulations in the EU.
  • Support the process of work permit and visa applications for international employees.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Coordinate with payroll and accounting to ensure accurate HR data and salary inputs.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an international or EU context.
  • Familiarity with EU labor laws or HR practices is an advantage.
Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and German (French, or other EU languages are a plus).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
