Qualifikationen

Aufgaben
- Maintain and update employee records, including personnel file and employment documentation.
- Manage and track employees’ attendance, vacation, and leave records.
- Support employee relations and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and employment regulations in the EU.
- Support work permit and visa applications for international employees.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with payroll and accounting for accurate HR data.

Ausbildung
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, including personnel file and employment documentation.
- Manage and track employees’ attendance, vacation, and leave records, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Support employee relations by assisting with communication, resolving minor issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and employment regulations in the EU.
- Support the process of work permit and visa applications for international employees.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Coordinate with payroll and accounting to ensure accurate HR data and salary inputs.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an international or EU context.
- Familiarity with EU labor laws or HR practices is an advantage.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and German (French, or other EU languages are a plus).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
