Job summary
A leading global company in Düsseldorf is looking for a technical expert to provide guidance to clients, conduct product testing, and deliver training programs. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and may require up to 40% travel within Europe. Ideal for candidates with a strong background in product solutions and client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients, understanding their needs.
- Conduct thorough product testing and evaluations.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues to solve technical issues.
- Provide expert training programs to sales partners and clients.
- Provide expert technical guidance to clients, understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
- Support clients with lab-based and customer-facing projects, including performance validation, data generation, and designing test methods for newapplications. This includes up to 40% of travel withing Europe.
- Conduct thorough product testing and evaluations, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards and client specifications.
- Work with cross-functional colleagues in sales, product development, marketing, and others to solve technical issues for our clients.
- Inform our clients on the performance capabilities of Henkel’s products and services via technical help, reports, and presentations.
- Provide expert training programs to our sales partners and clients to ensure new products andapplications are selected and used whenever appropriate.
- Establish and leverage external networks and partnerships with OEM and represent Henkel on trade shows and industry trade associations
