About this position

• Provide expert technical guidance to clients, understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
• Support clients with lab-based and customer-facing projects, including performance validation, data generation, and designing test methods for newapplications. This includes up to 40% of travel withing Europe.
• Conduct thorough product testing and evaluations, ensuring that solutions meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Work with cross-functional colleagues in sales, product development, marketing, and others to solve technical issues for our clients.
• Inform our clients on the performance capabilities of Henkel’s products and services via technical help, reports, and presentations.
• Provide expert training programs to our sales partners and clients to ensure new products andapplications are selected and used whenever appropriate.
• Establish and leverage external networks and partnerships with OEM and represent Henkel on trade shows and industry trade associations
