Overview

Senior Human Resources Advisor (m/w/d) – Munich, on-site, full-time, Monday – Friday. Certified Collectibles Group is seeking a Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our expanding team in Munich. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer in our US Headquarters, you will play a key role in implementing HR processes and initiatives reliably and efficiently as the first point of contact for employees in our German Subsidiary and contributing to the support of our office in London, UK. If you enjoy working in a structured, solution-oriented manner and ensuring that everything runs smoothly in day-to-day business – from administrative matters to managing operational HR issues, please consider applying for this role. As the local HR expert, you will support leaders and employees while collaborating with our global HR team. Responsibilities
  • Implement core HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, offboarding)
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters
  • Track and manage time and compensation of all local staff and liaise with 3rd-party vendor for monthly payroll processing
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team in recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain and update employee data and ensure privacy and accuracy in HR systems
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR programs and initiatives driven by US Headquarters (e.g., performance management, talent development, job profiles and career roadmaps)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and corporate standards
  • Use data and trend analysis to identify opportunities for improving engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness
  • Advise and support leaders in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and change management
  • Champion the company’s culture, ethics, and values across the organization
Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Several years of progressive HR experience, ideally as a Human Resources Generalist or in a comparable HR role within an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law, employment regulations, and HR best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels, from employees to executives
  • Strong coaching and advisory skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • High level of integrity, cultural awareness, and commitment to fostering an inclusive and values-driven workplace
