Grow with us! We are currently looking for a colleague to join HR Team. Reporting into the Head of HR, the main target of this position is the management of all individual and collective labour law topics.
- Advising management and executives on all individual and collective legal issues and developing appropriate individual solutions
- Constructive and trusting cooperation with the co-determination bodies
- Drafting and negotiating collective agreements
- Preparing and conducting labour court proceedings before courts and authorities
- Drafting, revising and reviewing legal templates, personnel-related sample documents, guidelines (Policies) and employment contracts
- Support and advice HR teams in labour law questions
- Following up on legislative changes and current case law as well as communicating and ensuring the implementation of the resulting changes
- Participation in HR projects
- Conceptualization and implementation of labour law training for HR employees and managers
- Extensive work experience in Employee & Labour Law Relations, experienced negotiator, mediation skills
- Fluent in German and English, especially Business English
- Implementation strength and efficient execution
- Conceptual strength, solution-oriented hands-on mentality and confidence in appearance
