What will you do?

You will contribute to the development of our Consulting department by :

  • Participating in the growth of the Consulting department by actively engaging in business development activities, including identifying and converting projects in the compliance area and specifically in the Asset Management industry;
  • Managing, coordinating and overseeing AML / CTF and compliance-related client projects across various industries, with a focus on Asset Management, ensuring smooth delivery and high-quality results;
  • Providing expert advice and general support to clients on regulatory and compliance matters, ensuring they meet evolving requirements;
  • Leading the review and development of policies and procedures, conducting process reviews and optimization, improving controls and organizational structures, and guiding clients on selecting and implementing compliance tools;
  • Mentoring and training team members, helping them grow and enhancing the overall skills of the team.
This offer is for you if:
  • You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Law or Finance;
  • You have 6+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles, ideally within a consulting environment, with clear exposure to Asset Management clients or firms;
  • You have a strong understanding of AML / CTF regulations, compliance frameworks, and related processes;
  • You have strong project management skills and the ability to find practical solutions to complex regulatory challenges;
  • You are proactive, adaptable, and you have experience coaching and managing more junior team members;
  • You are confident in advising clients, presenting ideas, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders;
  • You are fluent in English and French (both written and oral); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
