A leading investment platform in Hamburg is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate to support special situations transactions. This role involves sourcing, execution, and portfolio management. Candidates with 2–4+ years of experience in leveraged finance, LBO modelling, or investment banking are encouraged to apply. We are supporting an international investment platform with a presence across Europe and North America. The firm focuses on complex transactions and flexible capital solutions, investing across both debt and equity. With a strong track record of success and an active deployment agenda, the firm is seeking to expand its team with an Associate / Senior Associate in its Hamburg office. The investment approach is fully sector-agnostic, with activity spanning a wide mix of corporate, asset-backed, and special situations opportunities.
The firm is seeking a motivated Associate or Senior Associate to support the origination, execution, and portfolio management of special situations transactions. This role offers full life‑cycle exposure, including active involvement in sourcing, structuring, due diligence, deal execution, and ongoing portfolio value creation. Candidates with experience in Leveraged Finance, LBO modelling, restructuring, carve‑outs, debt structuring, or special situations—from investment banking, private equity, or consulting—will be particularly well aligned.
