A technology consultancy is seeking an SAP HCM for S / 4HANA Expert to support clients in their transition to cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP ECC HCM experience and knowledge in areas like Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, or Time Management. Responsibilities include providing advisory support for transformation programs and evaluating solution options. Fluency in German or English and a structured approach to work are essential. You will help define future-ready HR architectures, advise on migration strategies, and assess different implementation approaches such as Brownfield, Greenfield, and Compatibility Mode. Your work will span both strategic advisory and hands‑on delivery within complex transformation initiatives.
