As Defence & Public Sector Account Manager (m/f/d), you will own and grow Damovo’s strategic engagement across Defence, Public Sector, and regulated industries in Europe.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role combines strategic account leadership with hands‑on execution, navigating complex public procurement landscapes and coordinating internal teams to deliver secure, compliant, and high‑value solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Damovo’s Defence & Public Sector vertical strategy and key account relationships
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including tenders, RFPs, and framework agreements
  • Develop and grow strategic accounts through long‑term account planning and expansion
  • Position Damovo’s end‑to‑end portfolio (UC, CX, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Infrastructure)
  • Act as executive sponsor for customers, ensuring trust, compliance, and delivery alignment
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Architecture, Security, and Bid teams across regions
  • Track pipeline, forecast accuracy, and performance for the vertical
Experience and Skills we are looking for
  • Proven experience in Defence and/or Public Sector account management in hunter and farmer capacity
  • Strong understanding of public procurement and regulated environments
  • Track record with complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Confident communicator at senior and C‑level
  • Background in ICT or digital transformation solutions
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Structured, accountable, and collaborative leadership style
