A leading materials company is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee compliance management globally, with a specific focus on North America. For our Group Compliance & Data Protection department , we are looking for a Compliance Manager (f/m/d).
The position is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany.
Compliance is at the core of Heidelberg Materials' corporate culture. This is reflected in our Code of Business Conduct, in our sustainability commitments or through our membership in the UN Global Compact.
The Compliance & Data Protection department drives and further develops globally the areas of human rights, data protection and general compliance. The General Compliance topics comprise specifically of preventing corruption, anti-money laundering, trade sanctions and compliance incident management. You will be part of the General Compliance team and report directly to the Team Lead General Compliance.
In your position as Compliance Manager, you will be empowered to advance and improve our compliance management day by day. You have global responsibility for compliance topics and at the same time a geographic focus on the area North America. The different Group and Area tasks give you the opportunity to gain an overview of compliance matters from different organisational angles. You will also be in contact with other departments giving you valuable insights into Heidelberg Materials' business and operations.
