For our client, a famous company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager (m / f / d) in Böblingen.

• As part of the global transformation, you will manage key transformations projects.
• You are responsible for planning and leading projects to ensure they complete the expected outcome in a timely fashion and within budget.
• You plan and manage the project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. You will collaborate with internal members and customers for smooth and on-time delivery at checkpoints of each phase such as :
• Develop project charter and Business case (value, ROI of the project)
• Target Operating model
• Tool / solution evaluation and implementation
• Communication and change management plan and execution
• Addressing stabilization phase, enhance and validate of project achievement for signoff

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, HC, Engineering or comparable.
• Experience working as project manager on transformations in Sales and Sales administration, or Customer & Field Services and Finance
• Solid experience with stakeholder management, risk and dependency management
• Very good effective planning and organization skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment
• Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken. German and Japanese is a plus.
• Project management skill and Change Manager experience, experience in applying project management tools and methods, certifications like Prince2, ADKAR required
• Agile and Scrum master, Product Owner experience or knowledge
• Self-starter with analytical mindset, ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key business stakeholders
• Diversity & Inclusion management skill
• Leadership
• Teamwork - must be able to lead several cross-functional teams to get their respective jobs done
