A freight tech scale-up in Frankfurt is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO with strategic, operational, and administrative tasks. The role involves managing a complex calendar, leading strategic projects, and facilitating communications. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, discretion, and is fluent in both German and English. As Executive Assistant you will support our CEO in both strategic and operational matters, optimize processes and priorities and act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
