7Learnings is seeking a full-time Team Lead Sales to join us in Berlin, responsible for scaling our sales strategy and developing our Account Executives into world‑class performers.
Your mission
Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and coach a growing team of Account Executives (AEs) to achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and training sessions to foster continuous professional development.
- Spearhead recruiting and onboarding of new sales talent.
- Maintain a high-performance culture focused on execution, data-driven decisions, and accountability.
Strategy & Execution
- Define and refine the sales strategy for the core DACH market and the expanding UK market, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation, qualification processes, and sales enablement materials for all markets.
- Report key sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, forecast accuracy) directly to our Director Sales, providing strategic recommendations.
Process & Tool Optimization
- Own and optimize the end-to-end sales process within our CRM (HubSpot) to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement best practices in closing techniques, negotiation, and contract management.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and predictable revenue generation.
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to mid‑market or enterprise customers in the DACH region.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Native or C2 German and Business Fluent English (C1/C2) are required due to the primary customer base and expansion goals.
- High proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- 1+ year of experience in a Sales Team Lead or managerial role, including direct people management responsibilities (coaching, hiring, performance management).
- Strong practical knowledge of the US and/or UK sales processes and market dynamics is highly advantageous.

- A base salary of 75.000 €, variable up to 75.000 € (split into individual and team component), OTE up to 150.000 €
