Position: Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a creative team player to join our growing team. As a senior member, you will work with highly skilled colleagues to design and develop high-quality, high-performance software for our medical imaging system. You will play a key role in a startup environment, shaping the future of healthcare imaging.

Your responsibilities include:

• Building a robust software architecture that ensures stability, maintainability, and safety of our products.
• Participating in planning, implementing, documenting, and testing new features, with a focus on C++ development.
• Sharing expertise through code reviews and technical discussions to support team growth.
• Collaborating with hardware and software teams to design system improvements.

Our tech stack includes C++20, GPGPU programming, CMake, Git, CI pipelines, and agile tools like Jira. We emphasize code quality through formatters, linters, sanitizers, and testing.

Qualifications:

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in computer science, medical imaging, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of industry experience with C++ on Windows and Linux.
• Experience with BDD, TDD, and familiarity with Rust is a plus.
• Knowledge of ALM and agile project management tools.
• Experience with medical software regulations such as ISO 62304 is advantageous.
• Problem-solving mindset, creativity, and excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
