Overview
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a global biopharma company focused on improving patients’ lives by identifying, developing and commercializing meaningful products. The Senior Product Manager (SPM) will play a pivotal role within the Business Unit Oncology (H/O) in Germany, being the sole marketer responsible for the AML portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, marketing, sales, network management, and market access to achieve brand objectives and drive product adoption.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, sales performance, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and optimize brand performance.
- Provide project management leadership to ensure timely execution of brand development milestones and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales director to support the selling process, including the development of sales strategies and monitoring key account performance.
- Act as an ambassador for haematology brands, driving initiatives within the marketing department and influencing regional and international brand strategies.
- Participate in forecasting and contribute to the setting of annual sales and budget targets for haematology brands.
- Develop and manage all marketing content, including promotional materials, digital content, and communication strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as conferences, webinars, and workshops, to promote haematology products and engage with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals, and opinion leaders to support brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Regularly report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities and materials comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Demonstrate pharmaceutical sales experience in a hospital environment, showing ability to make a significant impact.
- Apply strong project management abilities to drive successful outcomes.
- Leverage at least 5 years of marketing experience in pharmaceuticals, including multi-channel strategies and innovative campaigns.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with healthcare professionals and colleagues.
- Maintain excellent written and spoken English and fluency in German; IT skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) are a must.

Qualifications
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience: minimum 5 years, including multi-channel strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- IT proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Hospital environment experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong project management abilities.
