Job description
Tasks
- Creation and adaptation of MBOMs (Manufacturing Bills of Materials) and product structures based on the production flow
- Review of technical drawings, incorporating changes into quality test instructions (DVI)
- Alignment of technical documentation with the valid EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials)
- Implementation of MBOM and BOP (Bill of Process) in close coordination with the team
- Creation of 3D visualizations for assembly descriptions
- Transfer of MBOM/BOP into SAP / Op-Center
- Participation in Change Boards and support of the change and release process
- Execution and maintenance of release processes in TeamCenter
Requirements
- Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Production / Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification (minimum: Bachelor’s degree)
- Extensive professional experience in production/manufacturing, process planning, quotation preparation, process engineering and risk management
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office, SAP R/3, PDMLink, and experience with CATIA and TeamCenter
- Fluent German skills (min. C1) and proficient English skills (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
