A major global branded spirits company is seeking an Office & Fleet Manager in Munich, Germany. This hybrid role requires strong organizational skills and discretion, overseeing office operations and fleet management, while supporting high-level administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and be business fluent in German and English.

In the role of Office & Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our office environment and the management of our company fleet in Germany. In addition, you will dedicate approximately 20% of your time to supporting the Managing Director and their direct reports with high-level administrative and organisational tasks. This hybrid role requires a proactive, service-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and discretion.
You have completed vocational training or hold a degree in office management, business administration, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience.
