What the Job Looks Like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

  • Collect, assess, and prioritize incoming IT demands from the Business Partners organization.
  • Maintain and update the IT project portfolio, ensuring accurate status, budget, and resource tracking.
  • Facilitate portfolio review meetings and support decision-making processes.
  • Maintain and enhance the iVanti Service and Demand Management tool used for tracking
  • Generate reports on demand pipeline, portfolio performance, and resource utilization.
  • Identify and escalate risks or issues related to demand fulfillment or portfolio execution.
  • Contribute to annual planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Execute (and continuously improve) the processes for demand management.

What You'll Bring to the Table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in IT or business-IT interface roles, with specific experience in IT demand management, portfolio management, or IT governance
  • Experience working in or with regulated industries, preferably pharmaceuticals or life sciences
  • Strong service orientation with good communication skills
  • Experience in project management is a plus
