A leading early-stage investment firm in Berlin is seeking an Influencer Marketing Associate to drive growth by developing creator strategies for multiple ventures. As Influencer Marketing Associate, you’ll work closely with our Operating Partner Flo Breiner and our portfolio’s founding teams to build and scale effective creator strategies. From day one, you’ll bring structure, speed, and performance mindset to how our consumer brands partner with creators.
Support our portfolio ventures in building influencer strategies that actually drive growth
Identify and manage high-potential creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Design scalable creator programs: from seeding to paid collaborations to long-term brand ambassadors
Develop performance-driven playbooks — track ROI, test messaging, and continuously optimize
Collaborate closely with founders and in-house growth leads across the portfolio
Help with due diligence on consumer brands, analyzing their creator traction and potential
Spot emerging trends, creator niches, and new platform opportunities
Be a driving force behind what influencer marketing success looks like at FoodLabs
You’re fluent in internet culture and understand what makes creators — and campaigns — resonate. You combine hustle with structure, creativity with commercial instinct.
You might have...
Worked in influencer marketing at a D2C brand, startup, or growth agency
Built or scaled creator programs (organic and paid) with measurable results
Hands-on experience with tools like Modash, Aspire, Upfluence, or similar
Managed influencer outreach, negotiations, briefs, and performance tracking
A solid grasp of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and what makes influencer campaigns move the needle
Hands-on experience with tools like Goaffpro, Linkster, Storyclash, or similar
Entrepreneurial — resourceful, fast-moving, and outcome-focused
Data-driven — excited by testing, measuring, and iterating
Curious — always learning from new creators, platforms, and tactics
Collaborative — enjoy working with founders, operators, and cross-functional teams
