We are working with an international dental brand with offices across Europe, North America, and the Middle East.

The HR Manager, Europe will support and coordinate our HR operations across our European subsidiaries. The position will be hands-on, focused on HR administration and talent support.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Ensure smooth HR operations across multiple European subsidiaries, maintaining compliance with local regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Overseeing salary reviews, reviewing bonus plans, and performance-related processes.
  • Talent Research & Acquisition: Support hiring initiatives sourcing diverse and high-potential talent.
  • Subsidiary Coordination: Act as a central HR point of contact, coordinating processes and policies between local offices.
  • Generalist Support: Provide advice and assistance to managers and employees across Europe on day-to-day HR matters.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in HR administration and HR generalist functions, ideally with exposure to multiple European markets.
  • Medical device or dental industry experience is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across cultures and coordinate with international teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
