About the role

Are you a born dealmaker with a passion for global business? Do you thrive on hunting new opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals? We are seeking a highly experienced Global Sales Manager to strengthen and further develop our international presence and drive strategic growth in the HR and Payroll industry.

As our Global Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our international expansion. You will identify new markets, connect with decision-makers, and close strategic contracts that fuel our growth. This is a high-impact, results-driven role where your success directly shapes the future of our business. As Global Sales Manager you will directly report to the Sales Director International Market Mid-Market.

Which tasks can you expect?
  • Hunt for new business opportunities in international markets
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders (C-level, HR & IT leaders, procurement)
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities
  • Work closely with the following teams to tailor solutions for client needs
  • Domestic (sales) teams
  • Product & Portfolio Management
  • Presales teams
  • Corporate Legal
  • Operation teams such as Service Delivery, Implementation and Partner Management
  • Our Excom & Senior Leaders
What do you have to offer?
  • Proven B2B sales experience in HR, Payroll, SaaS, or a related industry
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding international sales targets
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and deliver results
  • Proven track record in closing complex deals across borders.
  • Strong affinity with technology and consultative selling.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a process-driven environment and able to follow procedures meticulously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages besides your mother tongue are a plus)
  • A self-starter mindset : you thrive in a dynamic and constant evolving environment
  • Willing to travel across Europe (e.g. customer meetings, bi-monthly in-person sales meetings).
