Responsibilities

• Quotation Management: Independently prepare offers in coordination with internal departments.
• Order Processing: Enter orders, monitor deadlines, and generate all necessary shipping and customs documentation.
• Transport Coordination: Organize and coordinate international shipments by air, road, and sea.
• Hazardous Goods Handling: Process orders involving hazardous materials in compliance with current regulations.
• Billing & Cost Analysis: Issue invoices and perform post-calculations.
• Receivables Management: Support dunning processes and help resolve outstanding payments.

Qualifications

• Commercial Background: Completed vocational training in forwarding, logistics, or wholesale and foreign trade.
• Expertise: Initial experience in export; ideally with further training in customs and international trade.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with ATLAS is a plus.
• Customer Focus & Learning Agility: Strong customer service orientation and quick grasp of new concepts.
• Team Spirit & Resilience: A reliable team player with attention to detail and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
