What you’ll do:

• Install and service high-speed internet, home phone, and smart home monitoring products
• Inform customers of enhanced company products to increase sales
• Complete company documentation following department processes and standards
• Complete all assigned projects within established timeframes and standards

What you bring:

• Valid driver’s license, pass criminal background check, and have a clear driving record
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions
• Ability to lift and move equipment (~80 lbs) and work on ladders/poles up to 40 ft high
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi and general troubleshooting skills
• Previous telecommunications experience is an asset but not required

Additional notes:

A pre-employment background check is required, including criminal, credit, and driver’s abstract checks. In some provinces, a security worker license may be required, which must be obtained before start date.
