Job summary

A leading insurance marketing organization is seeking a Digital Sales Enablement Specialist to support advisors and sales teams across Canada. This role requires advanced bilingual communication skills and a minimum of 5 years in the insurance industry. Responsibilities include driving the adoption of digital tools and training sales teams to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a strategic mindset. This position offers a hybrid work environment with the possibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
  • Experience delivering engaging training in person and virtually.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive production in advisors nationally through digital tools.
  • Build relationships with sales teams to manage and grow key advisor relationships.
  • Support digital tool adoption and empower sales team members.

Skills

Advanced level of English and French
Ability to create advocacy for digital tools
Proven ability to drive sales through digital tools
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
