We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Custom Product Configuration Analyst to join our Product Customization team within the Marketing department. There’s more to any job than words on a page, but the focus of this role is managing and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product configuration data for approved sales orders within the organization’s ERP systems (Syteline). The goal : support the accurate and efficient production of customized and standard products across manufacturing operations. On any given day, the Custom Product Configuration Analyst is responsible for :

• Manage BOMs in the Syteline ERP system, with a focus on manufacturing accuracy and product integrity.
• Read and revise CAD drawings to verify mechanical components meet product standards.
• Liaise with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to validate BOM changes and customization.
• Use Excel and QuickBase to track Engineering Approvals and identify workflow improvements in the production process.
• Provide CAD drafting support for standard and custom product configurations.
• Perform validation checks in ERP to maintain accurate manufacturing data.
• Drive BOM standardization and improvements to support lean manufacturing initiatives..

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Mechanical Design Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical and / or Production Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing product configuration, engineering documentation, or production data management
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Syteline Oracle) in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of the window and door industry is an asset.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience with quoting or job configuration tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
