A leading restaurant in Peace River is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the food service industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety. This permanent position offers a competitive wage based on experience.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector required.
- Completion of secondary school is required.
Responsabilités
- Address customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations.
- Manage food and supplies inventory and monitor staff performance.
- Hire and train new staff and plan daily operations.

· Wage: $30.00-$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

Job Duties:
· Address customer’s complaints or concerns in a professional manner
· Ensure health and safety regulations are met
· Manage food and supplies inventory
· Monitor and review staff work performance
· Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, and supplies
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and supplies
· Hire and train new staff
· Plan and manage daily operations of the restaurant
Job requirements:
· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector is required.
