The Lethbridge Police Service is currently accepting applications for a full-time, permanent Compliance Coordinator. The role involves managing the Ministry of Public Safety & Emergency Services compliance process for the Lethbridge Police Service.
This position is covered by a collective agreement with CUPE Local 70, representing employees across various civic departments.
Wage: $38.31 per hour (2025 rate, under review)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Flexible / Compressed Work Week available

The successful candidate must consent to a police security clearance, including background checks, polygraph, and disclosure forms.

LPS has facility dogs supporting employee well-being and assisting victims and witnesses through the criminal justice process. Police service dogs are also present but have limited interaction with staff.
