Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Drafting: Utilize Revit and AutoCAD software to create detailed architectural designs, drawings, and plans. Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Building Science: Apply advanced knowledge of building science principles, including building envelope detailing and construction methods such as concrete, steel, and timber framing.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project phases, ensuring seamless integration of various elements and adherence to timelines.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality control reviews of design and construction documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Site Visits: Perform site visits to monitor construction progress, address any issues, and ensure alignment with design intent.
