Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in an IT help desk or desktop support role is preferred.
  • Experience creating or delivering workshops or user training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-person, email, and phone support to students and staff.
