A leading digital production company in Calgary seeks a Senior Product Engineer to lead AI-driven production workflows. Responsibilities include mentoring junior team members, executing complex 3D visuals, and ensuring high-quality standards in photorealism. Candidates should have substantial experience with generative AI, 3D software, and automotive advertising. As a Senior Product Engineer on CGAI team and an expert in AI-driven production workflows, you are responsible for following and precisely articulating creative objectives and art direction within the team. You are a hands‑on leader in executing creative ideas, mastering and managing production pathways across both 3D and complex AI pipelines. This includes deploying advanced, node‑based AI workflows to achieve high levels of photorealism and creative control. You will collaborate with Lead Product Engineers, creatives and clients to shape initial concepts and ideas. This involves leading the advanced generative AI exploration, including iterative prompting and complex image and video generation strategies, to ensure creative and client objectives are met. You are a key member contributing live during real‑time 3D and AI production sessions.
Guided by a dedicated mentor within the CGAI team, your career development will center around practical applications of 3D and AI creative strategies, active engagement in creative reviews and opportunities for leadership in 3D and AI‑assisted production.
Senior Product Engineer is at the heart of turning complex creative ideas into amazing 3D and AI visuals. Your expertise in various platforms and extensive knowledge of 3D visual development and generative AI integration capabilities allow you to build high‑fidelity, photo‑real 3D and AI visuals for our clients. You're also crucial in conceiving new concepts and bringing them to life, using the full spectrum of 3D and AI tools to set higher standards for our work and production efficiency.
