RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train, supervise and mentor team members to improve their knowledge and execution of reverse logistics operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the reverse supply chain and reduce costs associated with returns.
• Coordinate with vendors, third-party logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to improve reverse logistics efficiency.
• Coordinate communications effectively with internal and external clients.
• Analyze return data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all reverse logistics documentation is performed with accuracy & efficiency.
• Collaborate with reverse coordinators and warehouse teams to streamline return product times and improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all returned products are handled according to quality standards and company policies.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for process enhancements.
• Maintain targets, objectives, and goals throughout the assigned team.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a warehouse or a similar supervisor position.
• 3+ years’ experience in Supply Chain or the transportation industry.
• Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English in both written and oral forms.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma/GED required.
