As the business scales, there’s a growing need for a dedicated analyst to support day-to-day financial modelling, variance analysis, and project-based performance reporting. This role will play a key part in improving financial visibility and allowing senior team members to focus on more strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain financial models to support project forecasting and performance tracking
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial results
- Assist with regular and ad hoc reporting for leadership and business development teams
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with data-driven inputs
- Work closely with finance and operations to understand business drivers and trends
- Help streamline reporting and simplify financial outputs for executive audiences
- Provide analytical support for new projects, including construction and site‑specific initiatives
- Contribute to the development of tools and templates to improve efficiency
- Support general FP&A tasks to ensure continuous visibility across departments
- 1‑3 years of experience in financial analysis, ideally in FP&A
- Strong Excel skills; ability to build and modify financial models
- Exposure to variance analysis and financial reporting
- Progress toward a CPA or CFA designation is an asset
- Detail‑oriented with a solid grasp of accounting and finance fundamentals
- Industry experience in construction, real estate, or capital projects is a strong plus
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a growing business environment
