Job summary

A leading mobility solutions provider in Toronto is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage operations within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety policies and optimizing logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Industrial fields, with 7-10 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include overseeing inbound/outbound shipments, managing material flows, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications

  • 7-10 years experience in a relevant role.
  • A working understanding of the Ontario Health and Safety Act.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics programs including warehousing, logistics management, and transportation management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of typical logistics processes on a construction project.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Environmental Health and Safety policies.
  • Manage physical material flows and stock in the ERP system.
  • Monitor performance using Key Performance Indicators.
  • Train Logistics operators according to warehouse processes.
  • Contribute to the Continuous Improvement activities.

Ability to make critical decisions based on evidence

Intermediate-level competency with MS Office
