Could you be the Procurement Operations Analyst we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data management and analytics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

  • Manage extract from various internal IT tools, QlikSense, ERP, SharePoints
  • Maintain regularly the data pertaining to the Supplier Risks and Supplier Performance management
  • Build and maintain PowerBi boards such as supplier mapping, tariffs simulator, delivery assurance plan, QCDT scorecard, etc.
  • Support efficiency of Systematic claims management process
  • Support creation of tools following initiatives from the Supplier Excellence team
  • Maintain Supplier Excellence Sharepoint
  • Prepare the reporting of Supplier Performance and Risks mitigation
  • Collects evidences of compliancy with process and collaboration in Alstom internal audits (APSYS) pertaining to supplier risks and performance.
