We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bar Supervisor to oversee bar operations, monitor bartending staff, and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Supervise and support bartending staff to ensure smooth, efficient bar operations.
- Maintain high service standards and ensure all beverages are prepared and presented correctly.
- Train, guide, and monitor bartenders to maintain consistency and professionalism.
- Manage inventory: track levels, conduct counts, rotate stock, and ensure correct event pulls.
- Ensure bars are properly set up, stocked, and organized for each event.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper storage practices.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to support event needs.
- Minimum 2 years of bar supervisory or lead bartender experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to monitor, coach, and hold staff accountable.
- Solid knowledge of beverages, service standards, and bar operations.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.
- Smart Serve Certification required.
