Job summary

A leading automotive supplier in Southwestern Ontario is looking for a Supervisor to manage shift personnel and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry, and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This role involves overseeing training, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring adherence to safety standards in a plant environment. The salary ranges between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on supervisory experience in a related field.
• Experience in Tier 1 automotive a plus.
• Good working knowledge of assembly, production, and welding operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift personnel and ensure quality standards are followed.
• Oversee on-the-job training and maintain inventory levels.
• Provide regular feedback and communication to subordinates.

Skills
