Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Bar Supervisor to oversee bar operations, monitor bartending staff, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support bartending staff to ensure smooth, efficient bar operations.
  • Maintain high service standards and ensure all beverages are prepared and presented correctly.
  • Train, guide, and monitor bartenders to maintain consistency and professionalism.
  • Manage inventory: track levels, conduct counts, rotate stock, and ensure correct event pulls.
  • Ensure bars are properly set up, stocked, and organized for each event.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and proper storage practices.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management to support event needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of bar supervisory or lead bartender experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to monitor, coach, and hold staff accountable.
  • Solid knowledge of beverages, service standards, and bar operations.
  • Experience with inventory management and ordering.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.
  • Smart Serve Certification required.
