A premier mountain resort in Ontario is seeking a Race Supervisor to manage race training and operations. This position involves supporting coaching staff, overseeing schedules, and ensuring high-quality experiences for guests. Applicants must have ACA-CSC DL certification and preferably CSIA Level 3, along with experience in race and coaching roles. The role demands strong communication and customer service skills and requires weekend availability from mid-December to March.
Hourly Rate: $23.27/hr
The Race Supervisor is accountable for (1) managing daily race training and race day operations and environments, (2) managing schedules and inputting payroll for staff daily and (3) supporting Race Coaches and Race Crew daily with leadership and training.
