We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Manager with a strong technical background to play a pivotal role in building world-class software. You will work closely with the co-founders and both the engineering and GTM teams. What You'll Do

• Drive Product Strategy : Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key platform features, ensuring they align seamlessly with our company's overall goals
• Optimize User Experience & Value : Design and iterate on user journeys, making critical decisions that balance maximum user impact with practical engineering costs to deliver intuitive and powerful solutions
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with our R&D and GTM teams to translate complex customer and business needs into clear, actionable product requirements
• Champion User Insights : Partner with our Customer Success team and engage directly with users to deeply understand their pain points and gather essential product feedback
• Define and Deliver Success : Establish key success metrics and consistently deliver measurable results for your product areas

What You Have

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in B2B products
• Strong technical foundation with 3+ years of experience in software engineering or a related technical role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including ideation, prototyping, production deployment, and monitoring
• Strong communication skills to work with different roles, understand the business requirements, and user pain points
• Critical Thinking : Adept at identifying underlying problems and opportunities, even if the current status seems to be working
• Data-Driven Decision Making : Expertise in leveraging data to validate hypotheses, measure success, and inform product direction
• Experience with Salesforce / HubSpot, sales, or cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a huge plus
