A software development company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to drive product delivery and mentor teams. This fully remote role involves guiding project execution, defining requirements, and fostering a healthy engineering culture. Ideal candidates have over 7 years of software development experience and proficiency across multiple technologies. The position offers a salary range of CAD 165,000 to CAD 185,000, with additional perks like flexible hours and profit-sharing.

As a Staff Software Engineer at Fluxon, you’ll drive the end-to-end delivery of products to market while learning, contributing, and growing in partnership with our leadership team.
