A governmental organization located in St. Thomas, Ontario, is seeking a skilled kitchen supervisor to lead a team of cooks. The role involves estimating food supplies costs, preparing meals for events, and training staff in cooking techniques. Candidates must have secondary school education and at least 2 years of relevant experience. This position is on-site only, and applicants should be prepared to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with physical demands.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant cooking role.
- Proven ability to supervise staff and lead a kitchen team.
- Experience in high-pressure food preparation environments.

- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales and inventory.
